I've never seen the film but it does sound intriguing.

The Warner Archive disc has good picture quality.

Well worth a tenner of anyone's money!

A young Wendy Richards in the tarty role!

Classic line........

There was a major screw-up with the disc. Has it been corrected?

From a review....

What I hadn't been prepared for, though, was the inexplicable mastering error which puts the film's reels in the wrong order on the disk. About 37 minutes in, there's a confusing narrative jump, far more disorienting than Wilde's unnecessary flash-forwards which occasionally diminish the impact of major sequences. That narrative gap turned out to be almost 18 minutes long, the missing material showing up eventually to interrupt a battle scene witnessed by the small band of survivors, an attack on a farm by a renegade military unit.

I ordered it from amazon.com in November or December last year, but then they withdrew it from sale and didn't start selling and shipping it again until a couple of weeks ago. I received mine a couple of days ago, but I haven't had time to watch it yet. However, since Warner Archives started sending out corrected discs from the end of November (I think), I should think that Amazon are also shipping the corrected versions now.

I watched it just now, and it is definitely the corrected version.

Yeah the flash forwards appear to be some part of the film.
But I honestly never noticed any strange jumps.

What you say above makes sense mate....
