Okay,here we go again-another trawl through the alphabet of the good,the bad and the downright crap covers of days of yore... Big thread,so apologies for any reposts..... It's a pity that the powers at Warner couldn't use that classic Nightmare On Elm Street artwork on the current BD.....  Also,notice VIPCO'S 'BLOOD BRIDE' which they released on sellthru VHS with some snazzy artwork and renamed DEATH OF A NUN!  Splatterdragon73 and Kyle like this.

E and F now. I've put in FROZEN SCREAM as an example of one of the most unimaginative efforts in the history of VHS. Not like Intervision,who once they stopped using generic cardboard sleeves for horror films,designed rather groovy covers... Talking of inept....the FRIDAY THE 13TH precert cover is one of the most misleading pieces of art ever.It's almost as if Warner were embarrassed of their slasher opus..... And FRIGHT NIGHT 2? Come on! Put some bloody effort in eh? Also,let's pray this coming year Optimum see fit to release Exterminator 2 in all it's uncut glory,with that Guild artwork of course.  FADE TO BLACK here has some lovely artwork on the Medusa label-a great little film which deserves a decent DVD edition.... Splatterdragon73 and Kyle like this.

Also,talking of effort....take a look at these two Vipco covers for THE DEADLY SPAWN and EATEN ALIVE..... Look at the skull on both covers.....  Splatterdragon73 likes this.
