The shot only lasts 2s but it sounds like they removed more footage than required. At a glance the scene might look cruel but if you examine it carefully it appears not to be.

The muskrat seems to fall from the jeep when it skids (and bangs against the side) so it probably was accidental. It may well be restored today if resubmitted. As would all of the graphic (non-animal & non-impaled breast connected) violence. I've never seen the cut version. |

Neither have I. Sometimes it can be fun watching the cut version, especially if the cuts were heavy.

Same here. Hence our Worldwide DVD Forums for All Things Censorship (time for a quick plug methinks) Check out the uncut Redemption DVD and cut Satanica VHS of Night Of The Bloody Apes. Unbelievably chronic cutting to the latter. Completely unwatchable. |

Back on topic here, I think at this point we should give a huge pat on the back to the guys at Shemeless for their Giallo releases so far. I honestly never thought I'd see a UK company take the time and trouble to release these in such cracking versions. More please! |

Shameless has indeed put out a lot of nice giallo releases. I hope there will be more in the future! Maybe we should all give the Surf film library a closer inspection, since this will most likely be the source for future Shameless giallo releases... http://www.surffilm.com/CatalogFrameset.htm Last edited by bdc; 26th March 2010 at 08:24 AM. |

Nick & I would wholeheartedly champion giallo releases from Shameless or Arrow. Kev W |
