Definitely. Even the (shoddy) print shown on Zone Horror was uncut.

Will future Shameless releases start including more features? Only issue I've ever had with the previous ones. Obscure movies that had been banned or lost are worthy of a commentary or documentary, would almost be as interesting as the films themselves.

That's right. Awful PQ but at least a complete print and i wish the channel would screen this version again so i could record it a second time and keep NOTD on DVD-R disc as opposed to the first occasion when i accidentaly taped over the VHS recording i made!

Same here and that's what put me off buying the initial Shameless DVDs.

The likes of Strip Naked For Your Killer, The Night Train Murders, Who Saw Her Die? and Torso i prefer either the European or U.S. releases of for the bonus material and only bought the Shameless DVDs of these titles cheap as back up copies.
I only keep VCL's Watch Me When I Kill DVD because of the radio spots as the British issue boasts better extras and PQ so Shameless definitely wins hands down where Antonio Bido's giallo is concerned.

I do believe that Shameless is heading in the right direction for improving their extras as their recent 'fan editions' seem to prove. Hopefully the company will get better as time goes by and with each DVD they release. For instance, i'm confident the Bronx Warriors trilogy tin will be another step up in quality and effort. The packaging certainly is!

It would be nice to have more extras but tbh I'd buy them even if all they had was a trailer.Of course we all know Shameless isn't a big company and have limited resources so If it's a choice between just slapping on disc whatever print they can get get their hands on and using money for extras,I'd rather the money was used to try and give us the best possible version of the movie.

Interesting point you make SD about not buying the initial releases because of the lack of extras.I didn't get into collecting Shameless dvds when I saw that NYR was cut but being the completist that I am,I eventually got it,put it in a 2 disc yellow case, bought the Anchor Bay uncut region 1 dvd and put that in the case

Hey guys, another one that comes to mind (and having searched the thread, I see someone did mention it about a year ago, but I couldn't see any further mention of it... apologies if I missed any other references to it) is Iguana with the Tongue of Fire. I've never seen it but a friend who's a big giallo buff says it's one of his all-time faves.

Definitely one for the collection. Never bought the German version. Just too expensive and IIRC no great quality.

Didn't do much for me but maybe that was partly because of the mediocre picture quality.

It was the same print Vipco used for their VHS and DVD releases.
