Strange, a BBFC search only shows the cut version being passed by them. Did the 2001 submission somehow never get entered into the database?

How about some Amando de Ossorio flicks done up right? I'm thinking MALENKA (Fangs of the Living Dead) and POSSESSED (Demon Witch Child).

I agree that it would be great to see some more Amando de Ossorio films on DVD.

Sorry I meant 2002.

Yes Carl Daft confirms in issue 138 of The Darkside that it was re-submitted and the cuts were waived albeit somewhat reluctantly by the BBFC. He goes on to say it was never released. As to why it's not on the database I'm afraid I really don't know for sure but quite possibly because the packaging was never submitted to or approved by the VPRC.

Actually I did see My Sweet Satan DVD in HMV the other day but this version was clearly not the one approved by the BBFC. I suspect it will disappear soon.

Couldn't stand My Sweet Satan.Used to own the Exploited video.

Deadbeat at Dawn is good though.
Anyone think if Shameless released this,it'd pass uncut?

I would love to see

The Kindred (1987)

released by Arrow or Shameless. A very underappreciated gem of a movie.

Would love to see the original artwork with it too!!

I remember it well. Another lovely piece of Graham Humphreys art.

Synapse are putting out The Kindred at some point I believe. I have the video of it and it's an excellent monster flick!
