I had the same problem with my fan dub when I tried syncing the US track, there were shots that lingered on for like one more frame, sometimes two, spread throughout the whole film. I had to make small cuts where something went off and find out where.

The whole process took weeks, course, now I realize could have just waited for Arrow's disc but had no idea this would happen! lol

Ditto!

I saw Demons 3: The Ogre when I was kid and it was okay for a TV movie fairy story (better than Castle Freak) and just about justifies its UK release title as it's directed by Lamberto Bava. Michel Soavi's The Church is excellent and thematically fits with the bona fide Demons films and is also cowritten by Argento ('Demons 4' / The Sect is pretty good too)...
I haven't seen Black Demons. Anyone like it?

To me, The Church has always been Demons 3, as there is a lot of similarities with the Demons movies.

When they began to make The Church, it was actually meant to be Demons 3, but Michele Soavi, sadly, wanted it to be a stand alone movie instead.

The movie is actually titled "Demon Cathedral" and "Cathedral Of Demons" in some part of the world.

Here´s two reviews I found online... it´s strange that the reviewer addresses both movies as standalone releases (as they only come out in the middle od May) and only states the steelbook in the end of the review and just like an option... but then again, here´s what´s important:

Demoni review:
Demons (1985) | Blu-ray Review | Horrorview.com

Demoni 2 review:
Demons 2 (1987) | Blu-ray Review | Horrorview.com

A lot of the time, press review copies don't contain all of the packaging materials, so chances are they got the discs and some of the supplemental materials - but not necessarily the same package you would get in the shop.

I know that... I just assumed that the "print error" eliminated any chance for reviewers to receive any material besides the discs.

I asked Arrow about the 'end of part 1' inclusion and they replied that it's on the negative. Apparently it was on the original VHS and then got left off DVD versions so Arrow are now showing it back in its original form.

Building on from this, Arrow have also informed us that the delayed release of the Demons set will now be out on the 21st May
