I used to love Dawn of the Dead.

Not any more though, over the years the many viewings have dampened my enthusiasm for it immensely. Its a film i can't imagine watching again during the next few years. I think it was the three different cuts on the Anchor Bay R1 Ultimate edition back in 2004 that killed it for me.

To use your own phrase, a list with the best Horror movies from the 70s that does not include 'The Exorcist' is incomplete and unacceptable!

You might enjoy it, I've been known to "miss" on some horror films thought of as "fun." It's kind of campy with dodgy acting and the premise is silly, crack yourself open a beer and you might enjoy it a little more than I did.

I hated Blood Feast the first time I saw it but then watched it again over a year later and loved it because it was so badly made but gleeful in the dismemberment and gore.

I usually refer to H.G Lewis' films as 2 Canners i.e best enjoyed after at least two cans of lager
