Yeah, Roger Moore finally agreed to do it.

Me too and i'm no supporter of pretty boy actors in action roles. Clooney, Affleck, Bloom, Damon, Pitt they're all the sickening same.
Gimme Bond over Bourne anyday and i can't ever imagine the latter leaving behind a cinematic legacy to rival the former. 007 is simply the more popular character and always will be imo.

I was never much for Damon, always thought him such a bland actor. But he actually fits the Bourne films really well. He plays a guy with no memory of himself and therefore hardly any personality.

Hey - you could be talking about Arnie in all the films that he has made!

At least Arnie has some muscle and actually looks like he could take down a load of thugs with his little finger + is often (un)intentionally funny... Unlike Damon.

I disagree. Bloom and Damon are boring actors, yes. But, sorry - Clooney and Pitt? No way! From Dusk Till Dawn and Kalifornia!!!

Greetings!

Clooney's excellent film The American, could almost be Bond deciding he's had enough of the spygame and hiding away in the Italian countryside.

I've rewatched a few Bond films, and I've seen 'Skyfall' for the first time - I may have to update my list of favourite Bond actors.

Maybe there's even a little surprise for all Bond fans on this forum. Stay tuned!
