The e-mail Arrow usually want is the dispatch/shipping confirmation, but if you could log into your account and press 'printscreen' so that the relevant order is clearly visible, that would do.

I should really get mine sorted too actually; my disc came a few weeks ago. Is the shipping slip that Arrow want just the bit of paper that Play.com send out with their discs? |

Press 'print screen', this copies it to your clipboard. Then open 'paint', right click, and paste the image in there, then 'save as' a jpg image into a folder of your choice. Then simply attach the jpg to the email you send Arrow.
