I'm sure it's cost them a lot but you've got to deliver the finished product, which this isn't. What this means is that when someone else does a version as good quality that's complete, my Arrow one goes up on ebay. All a bit nonsense really and makes me even more sceptical in future. As it is, I waited for reviews on this before buying and I certainly wouldn't dream of preordering an Arrow title at the moment, however nice or limtied the packaging might be because let's be honest, you really have no idea what you're going to get.

when you think of the scandal caused by Twilight Times Night of the Living Dead a while back (even the films director got involved in the debate) but at least that film was complete.

Returned my copy today to HMV. 6 seconds may be small but it still ruins the film in my opinion.
Glad i bought the BU version now.

Got to admit the Arrow version is still far better than the BU version even with the missing footage and is never dream of just being happy with the latter now.

Yeah, a few seconds doesn't bother me when the transfer is that good.

Nothing to do with being an 'Arrow Fanboy' either - I bought the UK CANNIBAL APOCALYPSE over the uncut R1 because it looks better and Dark Sky release of THE LAST HUNTER, which is missing a few seconds compared to the 23rd Century release (which is the only complete edition of the film available on DVD) but looks a million times better.

Sorry to be a pain but no one answered my earlier question, why did Arrow leave this forum?

Because they ****ed up this release and new we'd go all Michael Myers on them!

No, seriously they decided they didn't want to be part of Cult Labs anymore and are preferring to do their promoting via social network sites instead
