I thought Arrow were close to having a flawless release, but unfortunately there's something for the detractors to get riled up about again.

Doesn't affect me as I'm getting the LE but it is a shame as I suspect a lot of people would have been getting the standard bluray version.

I hope this doesn't mar the release with it being the one thing everyone focusses on, like what happened with the Demons release. I certainly saw this poster as an extra as it wasn't announced until much later on and hope others do too

In that case I may order Arrow's DVD release and get the standard Blu release at a later date.

That's the dvd version so you will get the poster

It's only the standard bluray release that doesn't get the poster. The steelbook bluray and 4-panelled art slipbox bluray will also have th eposter.

No, it's not the slipbox. The slipbox is a blu ray limited to 500 avalible only on Arrows website.

But yes, you will get the poster. The only one missing the poster is the regular blu ray. The slipbox, DVD and Steelbook will have it.

I had a bit of a to-and-fro with him over at Amazon and he got a bit shirty with me. All I did was challenge his review of something he hasn't even seen and he went ballistic. Now that it looks as though it's going to be a killer release, he's scarpered again. Bet he makes a comeback when he realises there's no poster in the standard BD release! The sky is falling!

It's not shady at all, nor are they cheapskates. From the sound of things the posters were printed but wouldn't fit in the case.
