I read it about 26 years ago while doing work experience in a school library and loved it then. Can't remember anything about it now though!

No idea what it's like but it's the sort of book i'd definitely pick up.

It had an old The Works sticker on it so it might be worth a look in there if you're interested Dem.

I picked up this film book from Book Depository. Probably not for everyone but I find it interesting.

Haha unfortunately not, while it is in decade chapters the 80s one is for indie films
