Ah ok.

I got it direct from the publisher, still had to pay for postage from the States though.

Imo the best books on the 'video nasties' debacle are British publications purely because the whole fiasco was predominantly a U.K. based furore.

PG:TLAOTVB is a decent read but my advice would be buy British if you want the best pre-VRA coverage.
There's some damn fine tomes out there dedicated to those halcyon days of unregulated home video and whether the publication in question is picture or text based, most of not all are worth owning imo.

I also do hope Amazon's British branch get this terrific sounding tome in stock sooner rather than later as i reckon it may well be another worthy read. Nice cover too.

I also fancy a copy of that La Dolce Morte book mentioned previously.
A nice companion piece to The Dark Side's Blood And Black Lace publication maybe?

Midnight Media also have a third Giallo Scrapbook entry on the way too.

I just got it through the post today and it's HUGE! Cram-packed with everything about the Friday the 13th films (up to the latest one - Freddy Vs. Jason ) - interviews with practically EVERYONE (!) from Sean S. Cunningham to Robert Englund to Corey Feldman to Tom Savini, the list just keeps on going! Stuffed with pictures (ALL coloured) as well!

An amazing book - and I've only actually read the intro so far! :P
Crystal Lake Memories is a fantastic read.I've read through it a few times. It's a hell of a lot more interesting and informative than the His Name Was Jason documentary.Anyone who considers themselves a real fan of the Friday films should own this.
