It's the newest edition of DVD & Blu-Ray World (I never bother noting the issue number) that came out a week or two ago with the late Barry Evans on the cover. Bryce's reference to TDS returning came as a reply to a question a reader asked in The Disc Detective section and i had to check the relevant comment twice to make sure i wasn't mistaken.

Can you tell us exactly what was written/said in this issue? Any clues as to when it's due out, any format changes etc? This is potentially quite exciting!

Recieved the first issue of Scream the other day. It's pretty descent really - slightly different to what I was expecting - something along the lines of Gorezone. The insides was all black and white with lots of writing which is always nice. Some very interesting articles, such as music in horror films. I imagine in the future when they get a bit more kaching in their pockets, it'll have some more colour and pictures in it. I'll be getting the other issues, thats for sure.

I wonder whether The Darkside will honour existing subscriptions. I was two issues in to a twelve issue subscription when they folded.

Me too! I've never read it but I'd like to sample as many magazines as possible before deciding whether or not to carry on with my subscription to Fangoria.
