Back in their prime, Anchor Bay US and UK released a ton of genre stuff and I think that was largely thanks to finding big sellers such as Halloween and The Evil Dead. We heckle yes, but all joking aside, these reissues seemed to make them a fortune, something we all gained from. Even if it meant releasing some real shit, if it opened the gate for a load more cult films then I'd be happy with that. As if Starz would sell the rights to their biggest sellers though, it means they can release more workout DVDs and unfunny stand up comedies .
