My Godzilla Blu-ray arrived today and I'll give it a spin later on to see how it looks and sounds in HD. First observations are of a very special package with loads of extra features, but that doesn't really mean anything if the AV quality isn't up to scratch.

Bit of a request, can anyone tell me what the night train murders blu is like?

Mainly I used to have the blue underground dvd and loved it, then I bought the shameless edition which is in a slightly different (better) ratio with better audio as well. I like Blu-undergrounds blu-rays but if its in the same ratio as the blu-underground dvd i'm going to give it a miss and wait to see if shameless decides its worth the hi-def treatment.

Sorry! just curious is all.

As a footnote. Picked up the STARZ blu-ray of halloween today for the outragous sum of £1.99!!

Had to clean some fingerprints off it but otherwise great condition. I do hope the seller enjoyed his heroin, not sure he could get much selling quality films at those crazy prices. This is why my drug of choice is movies!

Thats a steal that guy must be crazy selling at that price. Oh well his stupidity is your great gain.

It is Criterion so I doubt it would be a bad transfer.

Trailer Park Boys for a tenner wow my fav show of all time. When i picked up Trailer Park Boys box set it cost me €99 but worth every cent.
