Don't know how true this is, but according to a review on Amazon, although the Blu-Ray version of 'Spearhead from Space' contains three new extra features, it is NOT carrying over the extra features from the previous DVD releases

Today 'The Grapes of Death' and 'Night of the Hunted' arrived, so my Jean Rollin Blu-ray collection is complete until they release more! (No Zombie Lake and Schoolgirl Hitchhikers as they're not Jean Rollin films, he used pseudonyms for a reason).

Chronological from left to right:

Not got GRAPES yet, would definately be interested in hearing about the quality. I'm betting it looks supurb based on my redemption dvd.

"Schoolgirl Hitchhikers" is a great little film and contains many of the themes of Rollins more known works. Have you seen any of his porn, now that's shite. "Madame X" is dreadful, so bad in fact that I had a wank whilst watching it just to pass the time rather than in response to anything in the film.

No, I decided not to buy it as Rollin didn't want it considered part of his oeuvre, so to speak. I see from the booklet with the Grapes of Death Blu that he didn't use a pseudonym for one porn type film, 'Phantasmes', so I'd be interested in checking that one out for that reason.

Haha! :pound: Nah I've only see these ones on Blu-ray so far, and watched some of Zombie Lake dubbed in English on YouTube but had to turn it off ;)

So my wife and I added up all the purchases on my last post .

In 8 months I have spent $526.35 on movies which average out to $65.80
a month. She was a little surprised but was more surprised when I informed her that I use to spend way more then that on movies before we got married.

But I am lucky fellow, my lovely wife doesn't mind my movie addiction and she enjoys horror movies as much as I do.
