Yeah, seen it before. I enjoyed it more than Fool's Gold.

I only saw this in the spring for the first time. A brilliant film full of quirky and charming characters. A gem that had been previously hidden to me.

Picked it up as part of a region 1 four disc TCM Burt Lancaster Classic Films set.

Watched Loch Ness for the first time a couple of weeks back and it really reminded me of Local Hero. Not as good, but still a fine film.
