Thanks Nos. I assume rather than delivering the item the Royal Mail will deliver some sort of notification?

If you're unlucky, they put a grey card through your letterbox with the amount to pay and where to pay and take up the package, usually the nearest sorting office.

Was surprised that they got nine copy's and they all got sold, didn't think it would be so popular as still copy's of bogey man, slaughter house, mothers boys and Hollywood chainsaw hookers, if I could of been bothered would of checked the metro centre branch

Next time just going to preorder 88films stuff a week in advance from HMV

Either that, or become friends with someone in the Channel Islands who can forward things on to you from their address as there is no import duty or VAT there.

The savings add up, especially when buying hot toys figures and dvd/blu-ray box sets

As aggressive tax avoidance appears to be a theme of the current election campaign I corrected that last sentence for you.

There's a massive push by the people about the same thing in Australia, except it's directed at tax avoidance by major companies and corporations. Treasurer keeps proposing cuts to pensions and health and schools despite reports finding better ways to claim the money.

It's my understanding you have something similar over in the UK as well, massive tax avoidance by the wealthy. And putting huge tax on £15 imports is ridiculous and mean
