Dead of Night is a great choice Jonathan.

Did you read the Inspector's reviews of each episode in the Christmas horror thread back in December?

A Woman Sobbing is terrific.

Yes and no really.

They are very much of their time so a little prior knowledge wouldn't harm perhaps.

I watched the other BFI series Supernatural over Christmas and found them very talky. However i want to go back and watch them again soon now i know what they are like as i think i'll appreciate them more.

The only one i'd watched previously was Ghosts of Venice and it's surely not coincidence i found it to be by far the best.

Mine hasn't come yet, perhaps tomorrow!

I did get the Complete Fringe box set from Amazon France though, delivery only took 2 days I wasn't expecting it to be there today but it was! Happy because it was half the price of the UK edition and it automatically plays in English without subtitles!

I'm shocked to say that the extra Italian bits for A Lizard in a Woman's Skin are now SEAMLESS on this Blu-ray, I thought they were only available from inferior sources but they completely match on this edition!
