Blind buy. Feel like something new, and this sounds interesting enough, I like Michael Emerson and it's had a decent enough run too. Plus Amy Acker comes in it later so that won't hurt either.

5 has to be seen...once at least.

I saw it at the cinema when it came out and never since I got the Movies boxed set when it was in the Black Friday sales so I'm going to watch it soon, maybe on my upcoming week off work!

Picked up season 2 of True Detective. I know it received a critical mauling, but I still found much to enjoy. David Cronenberg was correct though, the script is very messy at times, but it's beautifully shot, has some cracking set pieces and the majority of performances are great.

Looking forward to watching it again.

Just picked up the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 40th Anniversary steelbook on Amazon for £11.49 where for some odd reason they were going for half price! I think they've all gone now there were only 7 left when I paid for mine and then it was gone from the 'best deals' banner on bluray.com when I went back to it.

Actually 5 left as of now (3:20pm)

Another TV blind buy. Again looks interesting, good cast (Campbell and Anwar anyway, don't know the lead guy) and had a good run, so I'll give it a shot.

Person of interest is a fantastic series, it becomes one of those that has addictive qualities, you care for the characters and the plots are unique and thought provoking with brilliant acting on show, especially emotionally in juxtaposition when it comes to showing being cold and calculated. Great stuff and waiting for the next season.
