Got my German Blu of Jack Hill's Switchblade Sisters and it is a great package, really well produced and interesting 35 minute documentary on it.

Finally got my top 3 Jack Hill films on Blu, Spider Baby, Pit Stop and Switchblade Sisters.

Tempted to get Subkultur's release of Bob Clark's Deathdream when I can afford it.

A few new arrivals.

sci2.jpg

Second vol of the sci- fi classics collection (got the first part last week) only ever seen Dr Cyclops before from this set and enjoyed that at the time. In a film magazine i own somewhere Horror directors were asked for their top ten horror films, George Romero had "Cult of the cobra" in his list so i'm interested to watch it because of that alone.

First watch for all of the above.

And some CEX pick ups

You not seen Tower of Evil before, nos?

I was slightly underwhelmed by that sci-fi set. I bought it and reviewed it last year on this very forum.

Oculus is excellent.

I messed up the post, out of that grouping i was referring to i have seen Tower of evil but none of the others, have also seen Black cat before.
I've read some good reviews of Oculus on here so thought i'd give it a go.
The Sci-fi set was bought mainly for Dr Cyclops anyways.

Dr Cyclops is easily the best one on it.

Romero must have been pissed when he said what he did.
