As Royal Mail are putting their prices up, that makes financial sense, especially with HMV having a lower freepost threshold than Amazon.

True, however they also said they would get pre-orders shipped so they would land the day they were out. I've had that Imelda May cd pre-ordered for weeks and it still arrived three days late. It shipped on the Tuesday so should have easily made it for Friday, (release day) or Saturday at the latest.

It's not a problem really, but when you are used to being able to predict when things turn up it kinda nags for a while.
