Default What Have You Bought Recently?

Got Maniac Cop 3 from Diabolikdvd when they got it back in stock after everyone panicking that it had went OOP (Blue Underground replied to people assuring them that they just needed to get more discs manufactured), and got the classic 1980's Alan Clarke film Rita, Sue and Bob too. Nice of the BFI to include a reversible cover with the original title font and without the BBFC logo's.

Arrived! At last. Now I just need to power through the 1639 minute running time so I can get battered into the NEW episodes that everyone is raving about! Won't be anytime soon then! Lol.

Slightly disappointed that the box set i received is an amaray case as opposed to the cool looking digipak (example given below). Not even a booklet included with the amaray. Ach well.

This is an unconventional purchase, as I pledged for Level 4 of the Beyond Terror Indiegogo campaign. I went for that one because of the PDF, which will make reading the book easier and means it is less likely to get damaged with frequent movement on and off a shelf.

You will receive: Book, Box & DVD, Door Hanger, T-shirt, Poster, Author Autograph, Your Name in the Book + PDF ebook of Beyond Terror + The Beyond magazine (as published by Tenebrarum, we are offering the final remaining copies of this very rare collector’s item) + The Beyond postcard, also produced exclusively by Tenebrarum.

While the packaging on the fancy edition is quite nice it is a litte deceiving. There's no booklet, the discs are stored in little cardboard sleeve things that flip like a book. Its a bit smoke and mirrors in my opinion.
