I like several others here trawl through Amazons penny films, hoping to find classics like Cobra, Waterworld etc, unexpectedly cheap one offs, (Needfull things 1p) or gems i haven't seen before.

If the film is poor i just give them away to people, after all its cheaper than a rental which you then have to return.

There was a German boxset released a while ago as well, but I don't think it included all the films and GUNS was cut I believe. Glad I stumbled across this one.

Have you picked up any of Mill Creeks Drive-in cult classics?

I would recomend all of them 1-4, 8 films in each, some are really good, The Teacher, The Pink Angels, The Mad Men of Mandoras etc, others less so, but all are worth a watch and in decent quality.

Getting my posts mixed up.

I'd been reading about Pedromonkeys buying methods, and was thinking the Dead Sno was a penny, was me saying expensive at 90p not you.

I didn't see it at the cinema but Lovefilm have sent a BD out today so, by tomorrow night, I'll know whether I want to buy it or not.

I'm sure you'll love it Nos.

Of the Grindhouse films, I didn't like Death Proof, but thought Planet Terror was good fun so I hope it's more like Rodriguez' film than Tarantino's. Judging by the trailer, it looks that way.
