From CEX. It seems to be out of print now from HMV - at least i've never seen it on their website when browsing - so was delighted to find this in as new condition with the art cards still wrapped in plastic too.

The Omega Man,I'm pretty sure was one of Hmvs early Premium release titles, about 2016 I think...

It might simply be out of print due to sales in this offer. As far as i know they are HMV exclusives but not limited editions.

I guess it all depends if HMV think them worthy of a repress five years later.

I believe other titles such as Diner and Trading Places have also gone from the site.

Yes I noticed a couple of days ago that the Trading Places Blu-ray had disappeared from their website. I think that I read somewhere that there were some issues with the edition from the USA, so it may have something to do with complaints or something.
