Ive watched them both now, The Vault of Horror looks ok, certainly watchable, far from spectacular. The good news is Tales from the Crypt is far better and there is a nice 35 minute featurette with some well know critics.

Imprint Films Odd Couple Collection arrived. The Odd Couple II is more like a Grumpy Old Men film if it was a road movie, but I still like it.

My order from Classic Films Direct arrived a couple of days ago. The Black Torment was also included, but it was the DVD and not the Blu-ray I thought I ordered.

I got my daughter to get me the restored regular version on blu at xmas, i was looking at the releases with both versions on but they were too expensive.

This is a steelbook of the Moroder version at 50p from my local charity shop, result.

Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket 12 from CEX.

Criterion puts out some great films, but their artwork sucks 99.999% most of the time. This is one of those times.

Totally agree. I'm always disappointed if something i want is released by Criterion. Night of the Living Dead, Easy Rider...

I like the artwork for the Wes Anderson movies the illustrations are quirky and suit the aesthetic and narrative style in the films.

Bottle Rocket is the worst out of them all but I do really like them too, Royal Tenenbaums especially.
