I think I've seen it once and can't remember anything about it. I think Michael Caine's statement on his film is very funny.

Think the novelization of the movie explains a lot more detail on how a shark seeks revenge by a witch doctor or voodoo priest.

Apologies, it took me a bit longer than I anticipated to check this out.

I didn't watch it all but I had a good skim through to check the image. Generally, I think its very good for a shoesstring movie from the 70s. Image is clear and speckling doesn't look too distracting. I don't think this is the OCN so my expectations were adjusted to take account of that. If I was to be picky I'd say it was a little overly dark in the underlit scenes but that might because this was so low budget that they were just shot that way? Overall it looked good to me and until the OCN turns up I'm happy to have it in the collection.

Thanks for the update Rob, the Vipcco release was awful, grainy, some dark areas were a eye strain at times.

But when I spend £60 on something like this, I don't expect it to be sent in a bloody jiffy bag

No where near good enough every time I would even think of the film I would automatically think of the damage.
