I watched Clerks 3 last night, I wish I didn’t haha. It’s crap but the best parts were call backs to the original film which is still a classic! I’ve got that 88 Films Italian release as well, a really enjoyable one that didn’t get sold when I had my Italian Collection exodus a few years back

An Italian collection exodus.

Do you regret that? I know i would.

I still want Clerks 3. I'll wait until it's £7 on Blu rather than £10.99.

Some of them that are now hard to find yes I do regret it, like Blastfighter or 2019, but a lot of those early 88 Films Blu-rays were really bad transfers and looked ugly.

Clerks 3 is still worth getting, there are 2 feature length docs on there as well as the film, and the film isn’t all bad, it’s just not good especially when it reminds you how hood Clerks is all the way through haha.

Not Short Night… that one looks fine haha.
The Perfume of the Lady in Black for example is horrible looking and Beyond the Darkness too. The original release of Anthropophagous was so bad they re-released it with a new transfer.

Good to know, thanks. I might have gone for Perfume had i seen it. I'll stick with my Raro dvd instead. not fussed about the other two though.

I watched Shameless' The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh last night. I didn't think that looked all that great.

I took Short Night of the Glass Dolls to Cex. They were offering good money for it and I thought it was awful.

For me it's an upgrade of my Anchor Bay dvd from their Giallo box set from the early 2000's.

The other three in the set (in case nobody's interested) were The Case of the Bloody Iris, Bloodstained Shadow and Who Saw her Die?

I've had The Bloodstained Shadow ages. Yet to actually watch it.

It may not be a perfect giallo but it does have its moments of being entertaining.
