Cheers Nos.

Also just ordered:

All ex-rental stock from Blockbuster Marketplace so came to £18 overall (I hope they have the same extras as often rental discs don't - no real way to find out though). And, that's me done for quite some time. As of now I'm not buying anymore discs - have more than enough in my unwatched disc pile, need to conserve money for university and even if a really good offer turns up online they usually come back at some point, sometimes even cheaper. Admittedly, I might break this rule for a few upcoming Arrow/Shameless releases (especially Four Flies on Grey Velvet) but am fairly confident I'm going to stop buying stuff for the next 6 months.

Honest.

I got the Shriek Show "Eurotrash" triple pack of Bad Inclination, Faceless and Witchery.

To be honest, I had completely forgotten ordering it!

Really pleased. Not seen any of them.
With each subsequent viewing A Prophet is gradually becoming my favourite film. And I mean my favourite of all time. I saw it 6 times at the cinema and have watched it countless times on DVD (need to get the blu).

It really has just about everything I've ever wanted in a film, sonically, visually, performances, script, etc. - I can't get enough of it.

Contender for my favourite comedy show of all time. It never gets dull and the characters are beyond belief. Keep enjoyin' em mate.

The Fifth Cord is easily the best looking giallo for me. It's an absolute master class in cinematography and it ain't a half bad thriller too. I'd say it's probably my joint fave giallo with Short Night of Glass Dolls, which is quite a looker too.

Currently visting the in-laws in a very warm and sunny south of France (hence not being a presence on the forum lately). Popped into the local 'town' a couple of days ago and found Von Trier's Europe trilogy for an incredibly reasonable 12 Euros - and it has all the same extras (commentaries, interviews, etc.) as the Tartan release - trop cool!
