I only have one Steelbook with landscape artwork: Psycho. Putting that next to the portrait British Steelbook (with 50th Anniversary Special Edition along the top) makes the German one look much better.

I'd actually prefer Universal to release these with landscape covers as it would make them stand out and look very different to the DVD and previous BD releases.

When it says "Original Director's Cut" and "Fully Restored", does that mean with the proper music though? Or is Jimmy Page still being a hypocritical **** about it?

Not sure, but people on bluray.com seem to think it just means the NC-17 version with the song, Signifying Rapper removed.

This should be a superb release, so let's hope it's the former!

I know sometimes the UK gets releases with the original music that was removed from US releases (the Quantum Leap dvd sets for example), but the song was removed from all dvds and I believe it's still absent from the US blu-ray (perhaps if anyone has it, they can confirm), so I think the song will still be missing.

I don't think I will ever be able to upgrade from my Laserdisc.

I had the Region A edition of BAD LIEUTENANT and it looked brilliant.

And was the song missing Pete? I know it played over the nun's rape.

It's region-free, isn't it, the US release?
