Just woke up, checked the website and saw that there was a 2 copy limit.

Dashed to the computer, ordered one Christine with the cheap postage, (decided not to go with The Fury, will probably get the French one) because if you pay with PayPal, they track it anyway.

In the end $40 AUD, which is much better than I expected. But still a lot of money.

Yeah, when it first went up, there was a 10 copy limit. Mad!

I'm using all of my willpower not to spend £27 on one blu-ray even if it is John Carpenter!

i'm leaving them both. I'll wait for the Carlotta Fury BD and honestly, I think I've watched Christine twice in about 10 years. To me it really is a catalogue title I'd consider upgrading for cheap only. Two parts teen melodrama, one part horror and a bit slow moving.

As with all Carpenter's, it's beautifully composed and shot for 2.35:1 and scored to match. It's a joy to look at and listen to.

So, yes, I think you're in for a great night's viewing. Wish I could un-see it and watch with fresh eyes.

According to people on BR website, no one has lost thier items before and its a scare tatic as if yoy pay via paypal or cc you can claim on that for refund if lost.

plus they say 2 weeks delivery these days but used to be longer.
no point in upgrading postage for me then.

LOVE christine though so had to order!
