The Bird With the Crystal Plumage Blu-ray Review

The VCI release of TBWTCP gets a good review so looks like the best and cheapest way to pick up an HD copy of the film in the correct aspect ratio

That's cool... I mean I have the BU Blu but I generally hate it when stuff goes OOP and sellers are charging crazy prices. I know people here will strongly disagree but I've never been too bothered about rarities and limited editions. I've missed out on a lot of stuff over the years cos I wasn't hip enough to catch at the right time... hate that....

And presumebly locked too, I think it's time I joined the ranks of the region free, far too many releases I'm having to miss out on these days

I don't think VCI lock their releases, and since Arrow's and BU's is region free, I don't see any reason why this one won't be either.

Yeah that's what I'd have thought too. Rik should still go multiregion though

Everyone should go multi-region! You're missing out on a hell of a lot if you don't.

Yeah, only trouble is there's so many releases I want, I'll have to sell a kidney or God forbid-a guitar to fund them

That's very true - going multi-region is certainly bad for your wallet.

I still miss ol' leftie my dear departed kidney...

According to VCI's site it's all regions. I'm still waiting for mine though. I had ordered it alongside The House On Staw Hill, which got pushed back, and it appears ImportCDs wait for your entire order to be ready before shipping.
