For all you region-free'ers... In a day or 2 Importcds.com will have Olive's July 30th releases up for pre-order. These are some of them....

These 2 were announced the other day as the latest August releases too

I havent emailed them yet, but I'm now convinced more than ever that importcds are customs friendly by the way. Have received >10 packages from them in the last few weeks, all without prices on the front and all with postage paid by royal mail. They must have a UK base or an arrangement with Royal Mail. Also if anyone orders from Twilight Time, ask them to send your parcel as a gift! They're happy to do this and will mark it as a gift on the package so no customs fees!

Yes! I almost bought the DVD release of Riot last night. That would have been annoying.

Koch Media is releasing Darkman on BD in October. I was under the impression they were releasing all 3 films in a set. Maybe it's coming later. Being the artwork whore that I am, i'll be getting this though, as it uses the original poster.

Tenebre

From XT Video (DVD+Blu-Ray) - Mediabook. Limited to 2000. Sorry if it's already been posted. No idea how it compares to the UK or French release, though it does appear to feature a 97 min and 101 min version of the film.

I'm betting the shorter cut is the cut down US release UNSANE.

97 min = DVD, 101 min = bluray due to PAL speedup surely?

According to Wikipedia:

110 minutes (original cut)
101 minutes (director's cut)
91 minutes (edited cut)

Yeah that could be the explanation. It's out 30.7.13 and available at DTM for over 30 Euros once you add shipping. Personally I'll be sticking with the Arrow BD I paid 8 GBP for when Amazon were cheap
