Oh, you're thinking of 'Sewer Baby'? A different movie, although 'The Suckling' was also originally known as 'Sewer Baby'. Yeah, I want to see that film too, don't think it's ever been properly released though.

Can't be bothered writing much tonight. Bloody 42C heat. Surf Nazis Must Die - Actually the first movie I watched this year. Heaps of fun, trashy, amazing soundtrack. New favourite. King Of New York - Just plain awesome. Fantastic job Arrow, an almost flawless transfer. The 5.1 was poorly done, but thats a problem as old as the digital formats with this film. Sleepy Hollow - Fantastic big cast horror film by Tim Burton. Fantastic design, score, and lots of beheadings! Nordicdusk and JoshuaKaitlyn like this.

'The Day' - post apocalyptic action/thriller that's marketed as horror. It has a really dull colour scheme, and it looks pretty ordinary. Also has a fair bit of my absolute pet-hate - digital/cgi blood and gore. Looks terrible, always pulls me straight out of any film. I didn't like it, but there were a couple of good ideas in there. Not enough to make it worth watching though. In my opinion, of course. |
