Haha, he's not being ungrateful, Reaps!

Everyone buys rubbish DVDs for me. It's as if telling people you're a horror fan gives them a licence to buy you really bad films as presents. The amount of times I've ended up with pants DVDs that have blatantly cost a quid in some bargain bin as a birthday present while the giver smiles smugly saying "Well, we knew you like horror..."

It's not as if I give people a bottle of Tesco Value bubble bath for their birthday going. "Well, I know you like baths..."

OK, rant over.

My wife goes out of her way to look for movies like this. We share very similar tastes (guess that's why we are married!!!)

I can feel your green glow from here Reaps my good friend.

I was joking mate.....:(....

I have a solution to this Sarah.

Apart from my wife (obviously) no-one in my immediate family would have a Scooby-Doo what to buy me DVD wise so I have a big list of stuff saved as Favourites / Shortcuts in my web browser.

My darling wife than picks random items and passes the info onto my uncultured family members who then provide in due course

Everyone wins!!! :woot:

The typed word can so easily be misunderstood

If I was upset with you mate I would of PM'ed you

That's a good plan, in theory.

Unfortunately, you haven't counted on the fact that most of my friends are cheapskates... Seriously, I think they just use the horror thing as an excuse to buy cheap presents. I kid you not.

I'm solving the problem this Christmas by telling them all I'm too skint to buy presents for them so please don't buy for me! :jest:

Sadly, it's the truth anyway!

It took 10 years for that to happen for you?! I can't even get my fella to horror-shop with me now! And that's 3-and-a-half years, no rock, no mini-mes and we don't even live together!
