Great cast and fine stories add up to a top fun anthology flick. Very Creepshow-like, as you might expect from Romero protégé John Harrison.

The Prism disk is OK - open matte 4:3 from the looks of things - but a bit fuzzy and weak of colour. Is there a better print about?
I always liked TFTDS:TM, and as everyone knows, it's CreepShow 3 in disguise. The other great thing about this film is the original artwork that was used on the US vhs and laserdisc.

Love to see Arrow release this, with that poster on the reverse.

Just watched

Fulci's Don't Torture a Duckling

Haven't seen it for about 20 years and could only remember the ending! I was surprised this time round just how well made a film it actually is. Yes, it may be a little long, but is never boring. It has a terrific score too.

Give it a spin if you haven't seen it.

The Last House on the Left (uncut 3-DVD UK R2 Special Edition) - seen the film loads of times so not really buying it for the film itself, more the extras. It was Über-cheap (£3.99) from Amazon so I went ahead and ordered it. Listening to the second commentary (the jokey one with Hess, Lincoln and Sheffler). 'Tis good.

Watched Scrooged and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation...Great Christmas movies

Also watched Minority Report. Good film. It got me thinking about technology, and how far away we might be from using computer systems like the ones in the film? The gloves used are not too dissimilar from playstation move!

just finished watching Jonah Hex, a bit of a nothing film really, only 78 minutes long with a piss poor story but Josh Brolin was badass along with Malkovich but megan Fox's character was utterly pointless. The Film Was a missed opportunity.
