Yes! If you like bad acting, crappy music and tons of gore, don't miss this one. It was a fun watch.

After posting it in the sports film thread i taught id watch it again its been years. Now why the hell did i do that. No matter how many times i have seen it its always a hard one to watch. It puts any man to the test to see if you can hold your emotions or not. I failed again.
gag and Make Them Die Slowly like this.

Watched Lemora: A Child's Tale of the Supernatural a couple of days ago. It was fascinating at times but overall i was quite disappointed.

ALYCE - There are echos of Polanski movies like 'Repulsion' and 'The Tenant' in this arresting take on one woman's descent into drugged out madness. Good pefromance from Jade Dornfeld as the mousy but increasingly unhinged lead who seeks narcotic oblivion after accidentally on purpose pushing her 'best friend' off her roof at the peak of an old time's sake ecstasy session. Bits of trippy editing / visuals risk cliche and something interesting about symbiotic / obsessive relationships gets lost along the way, but there are some genuinely uncomfortable moments, most of which involve Alyce's mangled post-fall friend. Overall I really liked it, even the context-trashing left turn into excessive gore in the final reel. Definitely recommended for those into American indieish quasi horror.
