FX are fantastic in this.
Yeah the PQ was very good.
Dunno if it was just me but I thought the dialogue on the release was a little low. Had to turn it up quite a bit.

Roddy McDowall is brilliant as ever.
Class of 1984 was an awesome flick, that stegman kid is douch though, it was also a very early film role for a certain Marty Mcfly (michael J Fox). And yes Roddy Mcdowell was as brilliant as ever, i can never forget him in Fright Night either.

on a side note, i just watched Krull, man i haven't seen that film in a long time and i still love it.

He was the high school headmaster in the forgotten but brilliant Pretty Maids All In A Row in the 70's, which featured Angie Dickinson as the sexiest English teacher in the world EVER and Rock Hudson as a jock teacher/serial killer who murders miniskirted girl students (no, you didn't read that wrong).

The 'DC' and the 'UC' are basically the same except that the'UC' includes the "Black Freighter" segments in the film and the bridging newsvendor/kid scenes.

That's what got me.Couldn't lace DEAD SNOW's boots.
Makes OASIS OF THE ZOMBIES (Guilty pleasure btw) seem like DAWN OF THE DEAD!
For instance,a troop drop with pc-generated aircraft and parachutes.
I've seen better effects on a Commodore 64!
