When that poll list was put together,it was limited to ten choices...

But yeah STONE is a good romp Paul.

The original LONG WEEKEND is also superb very eerie atmosphere throughout.

Dead End Drive In was enjoyable. Not as good as Trenchard-Smith's other futuristic schlock Turkey Shoot though.

The Aussies were good at low budget futuristic trash!

Ooooh! I thought it was leagues better!

Turkey Shoot is a "so bad it's fun" film, Dead End Drive In is actually an excellent film.

I needa new copy of Turkey Shoot actually...must whack it on the wishlist!

Does anybody remember an Aussie film about a gang of bank robbers who get involved with a mentally handicapped/disabled kid and add him to their scheme. It's a light hearted comedy (although I dont make it sound like one!) and I remember really enjoying it. I saw it on a sunday night on BBC2 about 20 years ago and have been wanting to see it again ever since. Sorry for the vague review, but I only ever saw it once.

Spoiled for choice mate-the AWE,OPTIMUM and ABUS (Under the ESCAPE 2000 monicker) all boast excellent transfers.
My most watched one is the AWE disc, which also sports the best artwork...
