Add to the above list

The Client
A Time to Kill
Tigerland
and the entertaining Bad Company, and you have a decent career.

I would prefer to have to watch every Schumacher film, than every Michael Bay film.

Me too, but that's not saying much as that list is enormous!

I have only actually seen two Michael Bay films I think - The Rock and Armageddon. They put me off ever wanting to watch any of his others.

Cool

It would be funny if Ball or Bay got wind of us slagging em off and joined up anonymously to start praising their stuff, "I really think Bay's viewpoint in that scene was excellent" or "Uwe Ball is a true God of cinema" in fact I wouldn't be too suprised to find some celebs lurking round here(especially Brits).

i can picture the scene some hollywood exec saying grindhouse style films are popular at the moment someone make me one to order, there's a hell of a difference between trash and rubbish and drive angry is squarely in the latter it's a souless sheep in wolfs clothing

I figure the most watchable thing he directed was the Kerri Kendall Playboy Videos Centrefold and he's maintained his fascination with the female form throughout his mainstream films.

I love this quote from him about Transformers:

Quote:
Well, it's just, you know, listen, it's like...I didn't want to make the boxy characters, you know? Think about it, 30 feet in the air in the real world, just boxes, you know and it'd just look more fake, you know? And by adding more doo-dads, you know, stuff on the...stuff. Stuff on the robots, more car parts, and...you know you can just make it look more real.
