Just got confirmation from a werewolf in Sweden that The Murder Secret will be coming my way soon.  I first wanted to get it from eBay UK but since Argentofan wanted it also...   |

Me as well. I'm curious what The Murder Secret will be like...especially since I just watched Massacre (also in that Lucio Fulci presents series) recently. I don't think it can be worse,though I did enjoy that one somewhat...  |

Just watched Circuito Chiuso/Closed Circuit (1978) which could be classified a poliziotto giallo fantastico. Not only that but it's also a subversive comment on cinema and the effects it has on society! Certainly interesting and well made but unfortunately not really my preferred giallo-style...  Just watched Interrabang (1969) and what can I say? Well it's a rare suspense giallo which is appropriately titled!  "Interrabang a rarely used, nonstandard English-language punctuation mark (‽) intended to combine the functions of a question mark and an exclamation point.The typographical character resembles those marks superimposed one over the other." I wouldn't recommend this to every giallo fan but it's good fun for people who like suspense gialli (like myself). The cast is minimal and the setting is the coast of a sunny island. I especially enjoyed seeing HaydĂ©e Politoff (pictured above) in this and the great soundtrack by Berto Pisano. |
