The soundtrack should be a blast, 80s tunes mixed with some suspenseful strings from memory. BIG BAD WOLVES I've not heard of.
Twin Peaks is truly excellent; the best show ever to appear on TV! The soundtrack is also fantastic - I'd definitely urge you to check it out on Youtube or something similar.

I wasn't a fan of House of the Devil at all and haven't seen Innkeepers. Big Bad wolves is a fairly new film from Israel. I haven't seen it myself but it's supposed to blend dark comedy, crime, and violence pretty well. It's getting a bit of hype at the moment too. I may have to check out the soundtrack on YT later (if it's there) to see what it's like.

Thanks for the heads up - I just ordered the deluxe edition of City of the Living Dead.

Death Waltz also appear to have a sale on with many items half price - Ms. 45 is £10 for instance, which is a bargain.

I really is! I would've ordered much more if the shipping to Sweden wasn't so damn expensive. Well, at least I ordered COTD and the Frizzi flexi.

I've had this film in my Amazon Instant Video queue for a long time. For some unknown reason I haven't watched it despite being incredibly intrigued by the trailer. What is everyone's opinion of it?

Someone asked a similar question in another thread not too long ago actually, here is my cut 'n' pasted response:

I have, and I absolutely loved it. It's a slow burn surreal little head-trip of a film with some gorgeous cinematography. A hard film to recommend though as it's something that's either going to captivate you or (potentially) bore you depending on your temperament. I was extremely impressed though and it is amongst my favourite films of the last few years.
