It was one of the records we had in the record shop when it was originally released, and first pressings had a fault, so every single copy we sold from that batch was returned as faulty because they all jumped and skipped in exactly the same place

I'd add in the Emperor self titled mini album and their debut In the Nightside Eclipse and the first 2 Satyricon albums, particularly Dark Medieval Times, and Enslaved's Frost.
