Dug out the excellent solo album from Jerry Cantrell, 2002's Degradation Trip.

Jerry Cantrell - Anger Rising



All the harmonies are there, the vocals sound the same, the guitars obviously. Basically Jerry Cantrell is Alice in Chains.

Been listening to a cd of Black Sabbath cover versions, that was given away by Metal Hammer years ago, in the car today.

Love this take on a classic. Anyone wonders why Tony Iommi was called 'Master of the riff' then here's one reason.
