After opening with It's So Easy, the band played Bad Obsession, from Use Your Illusion I, which hadn't been played since February 1993. They also performed Pretty Tied Up (Use Your Illusion II) for the first time since April 1992, and Appetite For Destruction track Anything Goes, which hadn't been played live since 1988. Another song making its live debut was a cover of The Stooges' classic TV Eye (sung by Duff McKagan).

Should make for a cracking Glastonbury set.

Use Your Illusion II has been my tea time cooking album all week.

Hope they play Down on the Farm at Glastonbury. It's another i love. One of those cover versions as with Live and Let Die and Knocking on Heaven's Door that they've made into their own. They wouldn't be lying either seeing as they will be playing a farm (Worthy Farm).

How many nights are they playing ?

A few friends of mine are gone over I looked at the line up yesterday maybe I'm getting old or my head is firmly and deeply buried in the sand but I haven't heard of 90% of the bands at that festival.
