Yes Dem, It's a good album. Of the albums you mention I would say Sacrifice is the best of the bunch but they are all good solid rock.
My Saxon era is the Wheels Of Steel/Denim And Leather/Strong Arm Of The Law time but these later albums ( as you know with Inner Sanctum) are still rocking and full of energy.

Cheers Dave

Although i liked them i had Wheels of Steel, Crusader and Rock the Nations on vinyl i never loved them until the Destiny and Solid Ball of Rock albums. Two albums where the hardcore fans began to lose interest. Since then i've bought the Dogs of War, Killing Ground, Lionheart and The Inner Sanctum albums.

I don't suppose you bought W.A.S.P.'s recent Golgotha cd did you.

Received a cd for my birthday btw.

Gong "Acid Motherhood".
Tis a collaboration with the guitarist from Acid Mothers Temple (touring soon folks!!) from 2003. If you like Gong etc. The cover is, er, interesting......

also picked up a couple of 7"s.
A Donovan single from 73, b side of which is called The Intergalactic Laxative...
And a version of Jack & The Beanstalk that came from purchasing a load of Refreshers.
both are bonkers
