That second paragraph doesn't make a lot of sense!
It's one where you know what they mean, but it seems they've missed the negative from the sentence.

The Curse Of The Crimson Altar (Vernon Sewell) - Tigon Collection

Release date: 29th July, 2024
Pre-order: Amazon.co.uk

When Robert Manning goes in search of his missing brother, his trail leads him to a remote country house owned by the mysterious Morley. There, he finds himself dragged into a nightmarish plot of witchcraft, black magic, and murder. Directed by Vernon Sewell (Blood Beast Terror) and starring horror royalty, Barbara Steele, Christopher Lee, and Boris Karloff, Curse of the Crimson Altar is another wickedly creepy tale from the house of Tigon. Visually arresting and tense and it?s not only a satisfying slice of Technicolor gothic, it?s also a fan-favourite and cult classic.

The BBFC have just passed 'Cries In The Night' (1980) (aka Funeral Home) with a '12' certificate for "moderate violence, injury detail and threat"

I'm happy enough with my Screenbound Blu's of The Sorcerers and Curse of the Crimson Altar.

Loads of extras on Altar and it already looks really pretty, image wise, whilst The Sorcerers i don't rate that highly anyway.

That's a lot of action - hope their QC can handle it

PS looking for a big upgrade for Night of the Big Heat - the previous release was abysmal.

I didn't think the Screenbound release of NOTBH was abysmal. To say it's an obscurity from a tiny production company in Planet Films then i'm not sure what you'd be expecting.

Edit - Just had a look. It's got a bit of print damage. A 2K restoration would be nice if they do then it's one i want for sure as is Pumpkinhead II. Wonder what happened to Pumpkinhead itself?
