I read yesterday somewhere that it was shot on video, so you're probably right

I remember an interview with the director where he stated that the master was taken by the police and never returned, so god knows what they are using. Not that it matters, SLC was never ment to be Blu-ray pristine, to do so would kill a big part of its scuzzy charm.
