Picked up Damnation Allley today and was pleasantly surprised to see they’re now doing reversible covers without the BBFC certificate (pretty good idea, as I noticed at least one of their new releases in the new style packaging where the certificate is awkwardly placed on the artwork). I remember they said they would be selling the new art/cases through their site for the previous stuff they’ve released, so hoping they get to that soon.

"**NEW TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT** Nightmare Alley

Firstly, Congratulations to Guillermo del Toro for his Best Director Oscar Win!

It's been announced that one of his next projects will be a remake of one of our favourite Noir's"Nightmare Alley" and we are very excited to see his version of it!

We are also very pleased to announce that we have just signed the original and will be releasing it later this year with a gorgeous HD transfer and encode that will be filled with loads of great extra's!

More details to follow in the coming months"

I've never seen it. Hopefully they'll dual format it.

Plan B Entertainment who are releasing Firestarter appear to be a sister label of Signal One.

perhaps the title of this thread could be changed to include Plan B instead of posting them in the 'Obscure Label' thread?

PS the Signal One Big Sale starts at midnight tonight.

Plan B are really going to town with the Firestarter release. Personally, I don't think the film merits this sort of top end package but given that they are only charging £15... new release date is June 11th

mmm if you say so... but it's still the weakest of all the seventies and eighties King adaptations and that includes Cujo, Cat's Eye and Silver Bullet...

...Ahem, ok maybe a little better than Maximum Overdrive
